HOW WE GET THERE: MY PROCESS
Process begets product. While many say creativity exists outside the box, it is crucial to frame a foundational approach that assures creativity works within guardrails. This ensures solutions are based on strategy, audience-minded, clearly understood, and focused in position and message. Here’s my process.
DISCOVERY
The Discovery Phase is the foundation for everything. It includes onboarding the project, unpacking your audience, auditing competitors, and understanding current business and brand opportunity gaps.
SYNTHESIS
The Synthesis Phase is to ensure you were heard and that we are all in agreement with the direction of the project and the articulation of the opportunity ahead of us.
POSITION
The Positioning Phase, while one phase of four, is perhaps the most critical and requires the deepest diving. Positioning is where we lay the foundation for the story we are to tell.
MESSAGE
The Messaging Phase is where we put words and images to our story. We determine what we want people to know about us— from our hearts to what they see and the words we use.
MESSENGER
The Messenger Phase is where we package the entirety of the story we’re sharing. This can be a manual of how we work as a brand, implement a new process, onboard a new team member, or share through marketing materials.
